Responsibilities:

You will work within a faced paced environment as part of the Customer Support & Sales team to provide support in the day-to-day management of advertising clients, as well as aiding in the Marketing of our Brand.

  • Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients
  • Customer Retention - Identifying accounts whose spending habits may be decreasing so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained
  • Educating new customers about the TrafficJunky User Interface
  • Help the advertisers grow their existing product - Providing support and account management tips
  • Responding to clients' requests as they arise
  • Updating payments in customer accounts and creating invoices
  • Investigating any fraudulent Transactions
  • Review Banners submitted by advertisers
  • Remove/Reject any ads that are flagged from:
    • Tube site Auditors
    • GeoEdge Alerts 
    • RiskIQ Alerts
  • Resolve customer complaints / Inquiries via phone, email, Instant Messenger or social media
  • Investigate customer issues and liaising with our Engineering department to get them resolved
  • Assisting the Marketing Specialist with content for the Blog, Creatives, Mailers etc.
